This deposit reserves your Scales & Tails Birthday Party at Tanglewood Hollow on September 5, 2026.
Your party includes exclusive use of our discovery space for a two-hour celebration featuring a live reptile experience, themed activities, and plenty of time for exploration and discovery. We provide the party setup, including decorations, tables, plates, napkins, and silverware.
This deposit secures your date and will be applied toward the total cost of your party. The remaining balance is due prior to the event.
Please note:
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
• Party details, guest count (limit of 12 children), and any special requests can be finalized closer to the event date.

Product information
All orders are processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are shipped from Concord, New Hampshire. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Please understand that holidays and periods of high traffic such as the Christmas season may cause delays in the shipping and delivery of orders.
Please also keep in mind that delivery timeframes are not guaranteed at this time by any carrier. Country-wide and regional delays should be expected with all carriers, so please place time-sensitive orders well in advance.
Time in transit is estimated from the day that the package is delivered to the carrier.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on weight and will be displayed at checkout. Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.
We do not provide estimated delivery timeframes for Armed Forces addresses. Please plan on at least several weeks for delivery.
International Shipping
