Wild Moves: Animal Yoga & Nature Play

Ages 4–8
Stretch, move, and play as we explore the animal world through movement! In this playful, nature-inspired class, children will hop like frogs, slither like snakes, stretch like waking foxes, and soar like birds- all while building strength, coordination, and confidence.
Each session begins with a simple introduction to an animal, followed by guided movement, gentle yoga-inspired poses, and imaginative play. This is not a formal yoga class, but a fun and engaging way for children to connect their bodies to the natural world while learning along the way.
Perfect for younger learners who love to move, imagine, and explore.
Come ready to stretch, wiggle, and become part of the wild!

Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on weight and will be displayed at checkout. Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.
We do not provide estimated delivery timeframes for Armed Forces addresses. Please plan on at least several weeks for delivery.
