Join us for a special edition of the Naturalist Book Club as we read Hoot by Carl Hiaasen- a funny, fast-paced story about friendship, courage, and protecting the wild creatures that share our world. Over the course of four weeks, readers will explore the themes of wildlife conservation, activism, and what it means to stand up for what’s right.
We’ll meet twice to discuss the story, share insights, and take part in creative, nature-inspired activities connected to the book’s burrowing owl heroes. Perfect for readers who love animals, mysteries, and adventure!
Participants should have their own copy of the book and aim to finish it by our second meeting.

Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on weight and will be displayed at checkout. Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.
We do not provide estimated delivery timeframes for Armed Forces addresses. Please plan on at least several weeks for delivery.
