The common raccoon is a species of mammal that is native to North America. It’s most well-known for it’s black “mask” around its eyes and it’s fuzzy, black-banded tail. It can be found in many different habitats, including urban areas! It is considered an opportunistic omnivore, with its dirt including everything from small animals, fruits and nuts, to garbage and even carrion!
Our raccoon skulls are obtained as the byproduct of pest control and would otherwise have been discarded. This specimen comes with its mouth glued closed.
