Tuesdays, May 6- June 10, 10-11am.
Through fun and interactive experiences, children ages 6-10 will explore the world of herbs, learning how plants can support healing, wellness, relaxation, and seasonal care. Each week they will discover new herbs, create their own natural remedies, and develop a deeper connection to nature!

Week 1: Herbal First Aid – Nature’s Healing Magic
The kids will discover how plants can help with cuts, scrapes, and bug bites by exploring healing herbs like Plantain, Calendula, and Lavender. They will make their own herbal salve to use whenever they need nature’s first aid.
 
Week 2: Herbal Honey & Tasty Elixirs
This class introduces kids to delicious and soothing herbs that can be used in everyday drinks and wellness routines. They’ll learn about chamomile, lemon balm and spearmint, and will make their own herbal infused honey and sample a refreshing herbal tea blend.
 
Week 3: Herbal Helpers for Tummy Aches & Colds
Here the kids will learn how plants can help when we don’t feel well. We’ll explore ginger, elderberry and thyme, discovering how they support digestion, colds, and immunity - making a simple herbal syrup to have on hand at home.
 
Week 4: Dreamtime Botanicals -  Herbs for Rest & Relaxation
In this class we will explore gentle sleep-supporting herbs like Linden, Passionflower, and Catnip while creating Dream Pillows and Sleepytime Mists to promote relaxation and restful sleep to use as part of a soothing bedtime ritual.
 
Week 5: Herbal Cooling Remedies - Herbs that Soothe & Chill 
During class we will explore Peppermint, Hibiscus, and Marshmallow Root - herbs that help cool the body and soothe sun-kissed or over-heated skin. The kids will create a Soothing Sunburn Gel, Herbal Cooling Cloth, and learn how to make Herbal Ice Cubes to stay cool and refreshed. 
 
Week 6: Herbal Traditions – Strength, Heart & Protection
In this final class, the kids will explore Yarrow, Rose, and Pine, herbs known for their protective, heart-supporting, and strengthening properties. Using mortar and pestles, they’ll create a versatile herbal blend that can be used as a skin soother, bath soak, or foot soak. This experience ties together everything they’ve learned, encouraging them to continue their herbal journey with confidence and curiosity.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on weight and will be displayed at checkout.  Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.

We do not provide estimated delivery timeframes for Armed Forces addresses. Please plan on at least several weeks for delivery.
