Visit our shop anytime between November 12th and November 30th to have your silhouette created from a photo. These unique silhouettes will be provided digitally, and you can even opt to add prints for convenient pickup! Anticipate your finished silhouette within 7-10 days.
We welcome you to our shop every Wednesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM or on Sundays from 11 AM to 5 PM. Don't miss the opportunity to turn cherished memories into beautiful, one-of-a-kind keepsakes!
**Regrettably, refunds are unavailable given the unique nature of our product. We kindly ask that you ensure a visit to the shop for the silhouette photo session to guarantee your satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Product information
All orders are processed within 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are shipped from Concord, New Hampshire. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Please understand that holidays and periods of high traffic such as the Christmas season may cause delays in the shipping and delivery of orders.
Please also keep in mind that delivery timeframes are not guaranteed at this time by any carrier. Country-wide and regional delays should be expected with all carriers, so please place time-sensitive orders well in advance.
Time in transit is estimated from the day that the package is delivered to the carrier.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on weight and will be displayed at checkout. Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.
We do not provide estimated delivery timeframes for Armed Forces addresses. Please plan on at least several weeks for delivery.
International Shipping
We unfortunately no longer offer international shipping in the wake of international shipping policies and standards changing in ways that our company is unable to uphold. Thank you for understanding.
